Fresha foods began its journey as Fresha Donuts approx. 30 years ago, solely making donuts for the fish and chip shop market in the greater Christchurch area. As time went by production was refined allowing the owners at the time to introduce other products to their line-up. This is when Dutch style croquettes (under the name of Windmill Products) where introduced into production at Fresha Foods, and then a delicious range of home styled relishes, chutneys and sauce was added (under the Maggie's Foods brand). In late 2013 Al & Terri Read purchased the business with a strong belief they could bring their professional skills and passion for food to the business and take Fresha Foods to a new level. With our vision and the help of a business mentor, they brought all the products under the one brand and completely overhauled the look and branding of Fresha Foods.  Implementing systems and processes along the way, streamlining the work to make things simpler and more efficient.
